A new hot water and heating system is to be installed as well as replacement windows (from single glazed sliding sash) to like for like double glazed units throughout. The contractor has also removed plaster from external solid 225th. walls which BC have stated constitutes an amendment to a thermal element now requiring lining (with insulated plasterboard or similar).
