Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the ‘Development of 2No. new-build houses’ for the scheme at 6 Beechworth Close, London, NW3 7UT – to support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L1A compliance and compliance to the minimum code level 4 standard and a 20% reduction of CO2 emissions reduction via renewable technology planning policy requirement and to demonstrate intent to deliver an energy efficient property in accordance with the client brief requirement. The estimated GDV of the development will be circa £16m.
