Each project is owned by a Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”), set up to control and own the project or group of projects we develop for our investor. The rights to the land option agreement for the project is assigned to that project SPV. The shares and ownership of the SPV is transferred to the Investor by our solicitor prior to commencement of works and upon receipt of the pre-agreed developer fees.
