Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the ‘Development of 2No. new-build houses and 3 new-build flats’ for the scheme atat 24 and rear of 26 Pemberton Road and rear of 34 to 41 Dennis Road, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 9LH- to support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L1A compliance and compliance to the minimum code level 4 standard and 20% reduction of CO2 emissions via renewables planning policy requirement and to demonstrate intent to deliver an energy efficient property in accordance with the client brief requirement.
