Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the development consisting of ‘1No. Commercial unit’ for the scheme at Sol Joel Playing Field, Church Rd, Earley, Reading RG6 1EY. Syntegra Consulting plans to ensure that the Energy stategy of this sports pavilion will support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L2A compliance in accordance with planning policy requirements.
The proposed development will be built on an existing sports field (see image above). The sports pavilion will comprise of two floors and will have a total building area of 291.4m². The development is located in a dense urban area in Wokingham, the nearest station is Earley which is about 1.5km southeast of the site.
Syntegra Consulting will provide the following services for the construction of Sol Joel Sports Pavilion:
- Energy Utility contract procurement review and contract negotiation
- LED lighting feasibility study
- Initial energy/M&E strategy report
- Outline M&E Design Consultancy
- 1No. commercial unit as-built SBEM assessment & completion EPC
