Syntegra Consulting were appointed as BREEAM Assessors for the project: Ampress Park, Plot G3 Industrial development. A BREEAM 2011 Pre-Assessment Estimate for Ampress Park was prepared to support the planning application for the industrial unit development to be submitted to the New Forest District Council. Also, the BREEAM pre assessment estimate aims to provide the outline sustainability strategy and act as a sustainable design guide for the Ampress Park, Plot G3 development. The Pre-assessment is an estimate that sets out the method for which the proposed building could achieve a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”. The BREEAM Excellent rating is a planning policy requirement as it is set out in Core Strategy Policy CS4 of the New Forest District Council Core Strategy.
