Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed on the development of 2No. residential units at 79 West Heath Rd, London, NW3 7TH – to support the scheme design process, to demonstrate Building Regulations Part L1A compliance and compliance to the minimum code level 3 standard, to provide M&E Design and energy consultancy, to demonstrate intent to deliver an energy efficient property in accordance with the client brief requirement.
Syntegra is involved in providing the following services:
- Mechanical and Electrical Building services design (MEP)
- SAP/ BRUKL and Energy Performance Certification (EPC)
- Energy Strategy and feasibility Report (Ecology & Water Engineer specialist Report)
- CSH assessments to code level 3
