Syntegra Consulting have been appointed as energy consultants for ‘Upper Richmond West, East Sheen, Richmond, SW14’ in order to demonstrate compliance with the Building Regulations L1A and national, regional and local planning policies. The Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) pre-assessment strategy and the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculation were used to assess the possibility to achieve code level 3. A reduction of at least 20% of CO2 emissions was targeted.
