Syntegra consulting have been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy report for 1No. 2 storey new build development, ‘Land to the rear of Brockley Road, Crofton Park, London, SE4 in order to demonstrate compliance with the Building Regulations L1A and national, regional and local planning policies. The following pre-assessments and calculations were undertaken:
- Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) for the maisonette (code level 4 targeted).
- Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations.
- BREEAM domestic refurbishment has been carried out for the proposed extension of Brockley Road (‘Excellent’ was targeted).
