Syntegra Consulting Ltd were appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy audit for
Great martins. Great Martins is an 18 Century listed English Heritage Building of grade II status near Ascot.
The objectives were to provide the client with a schedule of the electricity consuming items in the property to:
- Assist them with their analysis so that relevant lifestyle or appliance changes can be made to lower their electricity usage/consumption
- To provide the client with design validation & reassurance as to the correct/incorrect implementation and electrical consumption of the Great Martins building services plant
- Finally to provide general recommendations with regards to reducing the electricity consumption/bills for Great Martins.
