Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the development of 3No. Residential units at Lakeside, Cardiff.
The reports were to demonstrate compliance with national, regional & local planning policies and intent to design to target Code level 3 standard for the overall development in accordance with the planning policy requirements.
The following were undertaken:
- Code for Sustainable Homes pre-assessment
- Energy Strategy Report
- SAP calculations
