Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce a Daylight, Sunlight Report (for planning purposes) which involves the demolition of existing single-storey property and erection of a proposed storey building including nine residential units on Harrow Road, London NW10. It assesses the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing effect of the proposed development on the surrounding buildings, and specifically focuses on the facades of the neighbouring houses on Harrow Road. The assessment is undertaken in accordance with BRE 209 Digest: Site Layout Planning For Daylight and Sunlight – A Guide to Good Practice.
