Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as energy consultants to produce an Energy Strategy Report for the proposed development at 305 Sandycombe Road, Kew, London, TW9. The scheme entail the change of use of the ground floor of the building from a vacant estate agents to a self-contained residential flat with rear infill and extension and the conversion of the upper floor self-contained maisonette to two-self contained flats (one on each floor).
The Energy Strategy Report will support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L1B compliance with intent to design to a BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment ‘Excellent’ target rating and a 20% reduction of CO2 emissions via renewable energy technology for the overall development in accordance with planning policy requirements.
