Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as daylight modelling consultants to produce a Daylight, Sunlight & Overshadowing Report for the proposed development which involves the construction of a six-storey building including 29 residential units and 1 commercial unit at 237-247 Rye Lane, London SE15.
It assesses the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing effect of the proposed development on the surrounding buildings, and specifically focuses on the facades of the building at 223-229 Rye Lane (Bank), 231-235 Rye Lane and 1-13 Russell Court. The assessment is undertaken in accordance with BRE 209 Digest: Site Layout Planning For Daylight and Sunlight – A Guide to Good Practice.
