Syntegra Consulting are appointed as MEP consultants and Energy consultants to produce M&E Design, comprehensive day-lighting analysis, an Ecology report and a Energy Strategy Report for the development 65-67 Stamford Hill, London (82 new units and retail space).
The day-lighting analysis assesses the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing to the surrounding dwellings which are influenced by the proposed buildings. Our study has been undertaken by using IES modeling of the site and surrounding buildings and analysing the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing on surrounding dwellings.
