Syntegra consulting successfully appointed in the multiple roles of (1) Sustainability consultants, (2) M&E consultants, (3) BREEAM consultants, (4) Code for Sustainable Homes consultants for the large scale development at Ransomes Wharf, Battersea (126new homes plus commercial units).
The scope includes a feasibility study and planning application for this 0.55 hectare riverside site in Battersea, with frontages to Parkgate Road, Elcho Street and Ransome’s Dock.
Consent was obtained in 2010 for a residential led mixed use scheme. The previously approved development was for 158 new homes and commercial floorspace including restaurants, offices and artists studios. The aim of the new planning application are being developer in light of changing market conditions to provide a fresh look for the previously approved scheme and to maximise both the architectural and commercial potential of the site.
