The company is actively exploring collaborations with potential business partners and regional opportunities as it establishes its new Asian base. Syntegra is dedicated to providing cutting-edge sustainable solutions for both new construction projects and the retrofitting of existing premises. A key focus of its expanded services will be on addressing air pollution, a critical concern in a country grappling with some of the world’s most severe air quality issues.
Sheila Holthe, one of the project coordinators for the new Manila office, shared insights into the company’s vision. During Syntegra MD Alan King’s visit to the Philippines, he emphasised the importance of connecting sustainability, health, and pollution in a country where public health is often overlooked. Alan’s ambition is evident as he aims to initiate the expansion by collaborating with potential partner organisations.
In a recent fact-finding visit, Alan engaged with the local team, discussing Syntegra’s history, future vision, goals, and organisational structure. Each team member outlined their strengths and contributions to the company. The selection of a suitable serviced office space in Manila is in its final stages, with formalisation expected in early 2024. This strategic move is designed to enhance Syntegra’s visibility, attracting potential partners, and clients, and facilitating staff growth.
Alan King expressed his excitement about this significant development in the company’s growth. While the Group has undertaken numerous overseas projects, this venture marks the first time Syntegra is establishing its operations overseas. Recognising the region’s substantial growth potential, Alan is proud to be part of the companies contributing to and benefiting from the opportunities arising as the country seeks sustainable solutions to environmental challenges.
