I do not own the premises but I have an unexpired lease. I would like to market the property for the remainder of my lease agreement. Is my landlord responsible?

In this instance the holder of the existing lease is responsible for the production of the commercial EPC. Commercial EPC legislation states that you cannot market the property without a commercial EPC in place.
