The Syntegras Group were successfully appointed as Energy Consultants and MEP Consultants to produce an Energy Strategy Report for the development at John Stainer Community Primary School, St Asaph Road, London, SE4.
The report will demonstrate Building regulations Part L2B compliance and intend to reduce CO2 emissions by 20% via renewable technology in accordance with the London Plan 2011.
