Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy report for the proposed Re-Development scheme consisting of 7No. Residential units and 1No. Office at 1 High Street, Hampton, TW12 2SQ.
The reports were to demonstrate compliance with national, regional & local planning policies and the Building Regulations and needed to demonstrate intent to design to a BREEAM “Excellent” and to a minimum 20% reduction of CO2 emissions reduction via renewable energy technology in accordance with planning policy requirements.
