Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the ”žDevelopment of 5No. new-build residential flats‘ for the scheme at 10A Oakhill Avenue, London, NW3 7RE- to demonstrate compliance with national, regional & local planning policies and the Building Regulations and achieve the target of Code level 4 standard and minimum 20% reduction of CO2 emissions reduction via renewable technology planning policy requirement.
