Syntegra Consulting were recently appointed on the above development.  12 Sandy Lane is a new build 3 storey detached house development with an integral garage. The development will incorporate solar PV panels as part of the M&E services strategy in order to assist in achieving code level 4 and the planning requirement of 20% of energy via renewable technology.

Syntegra Consulting have been appointed the role as Energy Consultants. The following specialist activities are under the commission:

  • SAP assessment compliance checks
  • Justification of the use of onsite renewable energy generation to reduce the carbon emissions by 20%.
  • 2No. Client/DTM planning meeting.
  • BRUKL Calculations & On construction EPC
  • Code for Sustainable Homes assessment
  • Surface Water Run-off consultancy and hydrologist report (SUR 1 & 2)
  • Ecology report (ECO 1-4)
    • Daylight calculations (HEA 1)
    • Home User guide production (MAN 1)
    • Site Waste Management plan production (SWMP)
    • Ecology report (ECO 1-4)
    • Daylight calculations (HEA 1)
    • M & E Outline design and performance specification (lighting and control, home entertainment, small power, telecomms, remote controlled blinds/gates, security, fire alarm, smart metering, HVAC, rainwater harvesting, PV, heat pumps etc, above grd drainage, heating & LTHW)
