Syntegra Consulting appointed as energy consultants to undertake the energy and M&E services strategy for an 80 unit development in Birmingham. The site consists of new build, conversion/refurbishment and extension work. The dwellings will all be built to a minimum of code level 3 standards in relation to the code for sustainable homes assessment scheme.
