Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as Energy Consultants and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors to produce an Energy Strategy for the development of 2No. new-build houses for the scheme at 2a Court Lane, London, SE21.
This will support the scheme design process, comply with Building regulations Part L1A and the minimum code level 4 in the Code for Sustainable Homes. It will also intend to reduce CO2 emissions by 20% via renewable technology in accordance with planning policy requirements.
