Syntegra Consulting instructed to undertake an energy statement to support a planning application for a new build development in Wandsworth borough council consisting of 2No. 4 storey townhouses. The report demonstrated compliance to current building regulations along with the core strategy for the council , its sustainability checklist requirements and the recent London Plan July 2011. The proposed solution for each dwelling is for an Air Source Heat Pump + 1kW Solar PV for each dwelling.
