Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as Energy Consultants to produce an Energy Strategy Report for the development at 92-98 Westbourne Road, London, N7 consisting of 4No. new residential units.
The report will support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building Regulations Part L1A compliance, aim to deliver a minimum of code level 3 for each dwelling in the Code for Sustainable Homes and outline the feasibility of LZC/renewable technologies in relation to the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP).
