Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as lighting design consultants to produce a Lux Plan Report for the site at 125 Kings Avenue, Clapham, London SW4. An appropriate lighting scheme for the site has been assessed in order to establish its effects on the surrounding environment and external amenity areas in accordance with secure by design criteria. The proposed development consists of 2No. x 3 storey semi-detached houses and 7No. x flats in a 6 storey block. The site is located in an urban residential area circa 2km East of Clapham Common within the region of the Lambeth Borough Council.
