Syntegra Group's Reading office provides domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to clients within Reading and the surrounding regions. While based in Reading, Syntegra Group extends its domestic EPC services across a wide geographical area to accommodate client needs. This ensures that homeowners and landlords in various locations can access their expert energy assessment services.

We have an office base in Reading where a number of our energy assessors operate from. Due to several regional contracts we are able to undertake and fit in a single private domestic EPC or HIP commission within an hours drive of our Reading office.

On a daily basis we undertake domestic EPC’s in the towns and suburbs of Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, Windsor, Oxford, Maidenhead, Swindon, Guildford and Slough.

For larger domestic EPC commissions we have travelled as far as Bradford for bulk EPC contracts. Thus, if there is multiple units requiring EPC’s we would be happy to discuss travelling further a  field to undertake.
