255 Ealing Road scheme was comprised of the erection of 128 no. New Residential units and 2 no. flexible Commercial / Community Units in northwest London.
The design has incorporated building fabric enhancement to increase the energy efficiency of the building. This includes that the development uses less energy by adopting sustainable design and construction measures and by supplying energy efficiently.
The Syntegra Group were appointed to produce a sustainability statement, ecology, external & internal daylight, acoustic & air quality reports to support the planning application for the Brent Council, to assess the residential units under the Code for Sustainable Homes to achieve a Code Level 4 and the commercial units under the BREEAM scheme to achieve an Excellent rating and provide M&E consultancy.
The scheme was sold on to Metropolitan Housing , who we then assisted by providing additional acoustics design consultancy for this scheme to the new owners.
