Minavil House is a large-scale mixed-use development located in Wembley, North London consisting of 251 residential units, a Lidl supermarket, café and office space.

The Syntegra Group were commissioned to carry out a number of specialist services during the planning stage of Minavil House’s development. Due to the development’s scale, complexity and local authority planning requirements, our consulting division has worked closely with the client to undertake substantial wind tunnel and design analysis.

This was provided alongside environmental Waste consulting, a CHP optimisation study, Energy Strategy Reports, SUDS & Hydrology reports, acoustic testing, ecology and habitat surveying, ventilation assessment, sunlight & daylight assessments, right of light assessment, air quality assessments, overheating analysis and M&E design consultancy to ensure the development’s compliance with the requirements of the local authority in order to achieve planning permission.
