The Syntegra Group were appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the development of 8 new-build flats for the scheme at Nena House, 77-79 Great Eastern Street, Hackney, London.

Our consultants provided these reports to support the scheme design process, demonstrate compliance with Building regulations Part L1A and intention to achieve code level 4 and minimum 20% reduction of CO2 emissions via renewable technology according to the London Borough of Hackney planning policy requirement & London Plan 2011 requirement.

The proposed development comprises of 8 new-build flats, on top of an existing 4 storey commercial property. The development is located in an urban area.
