Ransome’s Wharf scheme is a large scale development consisting of 118 private and affordable units and 8 commercial units.
Consent was obtained in 2010 for a residential led mixed-use scheme. The previously approved development comprised of 181 no. residential units and commercial floorspace including restaurants, offices and artist’s studios.
The aim of the new planning application is being developed in light of changing market conditions to provide a fresh look for the previously approved scheme and to maximise both the architectural and commercial potential of the site.
The Syntegra Group were appointed to produce a sustainability statement to support the planning application for the Wandsworth Council to assess the private and affordable units under the Code for Sustainable Homes and the commercial units under the BREEAM scheme and provide M&E Consultancy.
