Syntegra consulting have been appointed as energy consultants and code assessor, for the 1No. 2 storey new build development, ‘Land the rear of 6 The Paddock, Westcott, Dorking, RH4 3NT’ in order to demonstrate compliance with the Building Regulations L1A and national, regional and local planning policies. The following items were carried out:

- SAP/Part L1A compliance & EPC
- Code for Sustainable Homes (target code 3)
- Hydrology report
- Daylighting calculation
- Ecology report
- Air Tightness Testing
