Syntegra Consulting have been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy report for the development consisting of 9 No. residential and 2 No. commercial units (offices) for the scheme at Goldhawk road, London, W12 – to support the planning application. We have demonstrated that the development could achieve 44.4% of CO2 reduction saving against the current building regulations and 21.07% via renewable technology. The following pre-assessment were carried out:
– Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) for the flats (code level 4 targeted)
– BREEAM new construction ( ‘Very Good’ targeted)
– Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations
– Energy Strategy report
– Hydrology/Flood Risk Assessment report
