Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the Lambeth Council scheme at 125 Kings Avenue, Clapham, London, SW4. This will support the planning process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L compliance and demonstrate that 15% of the energy demand will be via renewable technology. The developers intend to deliver a minimum code level 3 standard for each dwelling (in accordance with the local authority planning condition requirements).
