Syntegra have been appointed in the role Energy Consultants for the proposed redevelopment scheme at Unit C, Swan Island, 1 Strawberry Vale. The project consists of 1 new commercial unit (Drama Teaching Space) and the report details strategies to ensure Building Regulations Part L compliance.
The estimated CO2 emissions of the scheme and methods to reduce this are given. Also, the feasibility of various low carbon and renewable energy technologies have been reviewed. Overall, the recommendations outline a strategy to reduce carbon emissions by 36.7%.
