Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as energy consultants and SAP Assessors for the proposed scheme in Southend-on-Sea in Essex. It involves a conversion of an existing surgery to a residential scheme.
Building Regulation Part L1B Compliance is required. Therefore calculations were made in order to show improvements in the CO2 emissions between the converted Existing building (surgery) and the proposed development (residential unit), with improvements made where necessary. FSAP 2009 Stroma Software is used.
