CHP CARBON TAX EXEMPTION

CHP carbon tax exemption is one of the financial incentives which has the main aim to reduce UK’s carbon usage and provide cost-effective solutions. In order to realize these savings it is necessary to install and operate systems to take financial benefits from these. Geoff Hobbs, Business Development Director at Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating, claims that a demand for the technology could increase consequently to a carbon tax exemption measure. Furthermore, in accordance with a correct installation and system design the investments in CHP technology is an efficient method to maximise building performance and the most cost-effective way to reduce CO2.  The CHP will be exempt from carbon tax from 1st April 2015.
