The Syntegra Group’s certification division were recently contracted by the Local authorities for the London boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Islington and Newham to provide energy auditing and Energy Performance Certification for a large volume of stock held by each local authority.

Our team worked closely with each local authority to overcome the challenges of auditing and certifying such a large number of properties within a very strict timescale.

Our team carefully managed each project. and mapped out a workflow for providing effective energy auditing and certification that expedited completion while causing the minimum of disturbance to residents and negligible excess overheads to our clients.
