The Learning Centre Bexley is the main provider of part-time courses and training for adults in the London Borough of Bexley. The College offers a wide range of courses from its site at Brampton Road, Bexleyheath, and aims to offer lifelong learning that inspires communities and individuals to achieve their potential to enrich their lives.
The Syntegra Group were engaged in the project by our client Glenman Corporation to provide M&E consultancy services and BREEAM consultancy during the design stage of the development and the high volume of alterations and extensions made to the property.
Overall, the project aimed to achieve a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”, which our team achieved with ease thanks to careful planning and liaison with our client.
Our team also worked closely with our client during the planning stage to provide a viable Energy Strategy Report and other specialist energy testing, audits and reports to support our client’s planning application.
