The Syntegra Group were appointed as Energy Consultants to provide an Energy Strategy Report for a mixed use development consisting of 44 Flats and 1 commercial unit (Extra Care Housing Community Space) for the scheme at Brooke Mead Extra Care Housing, Albion Street, Brighton.
This report was then used to support the scheme’s overall design process. Our work also helped to demonstrate Building regulations Part L compliance, our clients intention to design to Code Level 4 in the Code for Sustainable Homes and also their intent to design to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ target rating in accordance with the planning policy requirements of the local authority
