What are the key details of the Ibis Styles Hotel project?

The Ibis Styles Hotel is a nine storey hospitality development located in Ealing, West London. The hotel consists of 120 guest rooms, a large basement and underground parking extending beyond the footprint of the building. Owned and operated by The Accor Group, the development also consists of two other structures of mixed residential and commercial use.
As the environmental impact of such a development in an already densely populated area is of utmost importance, the client engaged our Consulting and Assessment team to provide BREEAM assessment for the development.
This assessment was undertaken to ensure the project met it’s environmental responsibilities, both in terms of building design and the use of responsible construction practices.
By working closely with our client, and providing insight and recommendations on aspects of the project which could potential negatively impact the development’s BREEAM rating potential, our team helped the Ibis Styles Hotel achieve a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”, which was the client’s original ratings target for the project.
