Vermillion is a new-build Located in Dulwich, South East London; Vermillion has recently been highly commended for Best London Home by a small-scale developer in the 2016 Evening Standard New Homes Awards.
The Syntegra Group were engaged by our client Oppidan to provide a range of energy consulting, M&E consultancy and Code for Sustainable Homes consultancy services during all stages of Vermillion’s development. Our aim was to provide guidance on a sustainable approach to Vermillion’s design, construction and post-build lifecycle.
Our team investigated various aspects of the development and its approach throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. By monitoring the projected and actual energy consumption, impact on the environment, localised lighting issues and providing expert analysis and advice on the impact of these factors and the implementation of Solar PV for the property helped the project not only reach, but exceed its Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 expectations.
