Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as Energy Consultants, SAP and CSH Assessors for the proposed scheme in Muswell Hill, London. It is comprised of 8 new residential units contained within the extended roof of the redeveloped building located in an urban residential area in London. The study has incorporated building fabric enhancement (above current building regulations requirements) to increase the energy efficiency of the building. This ensures that the development uses less energy by adopting sustainable design and construction measures and by supplying energy efficiently.
