Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as Daylight Modelling Consultants to produce a Daylight, Sunlight & Overshadowing Report. The report will demonstrate the impact of the proposed development at 55 Highview, West Ealing, W13 which will include a new rear extension which is longer and higher than the actual conservatory.
The report assesses the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing effect of the proposed development on the surrounding buildings and specifically focuses on the property located at 57 Highview. The assessment is undertaken in accordance with “BRE 209 Digest: Site Layout Planning For Daylight and Sunlight – A Guide to Good Practice”.
