Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy and daylight/sunlight modelling for the development at Worple Road, Mews, Wimbledon (consisting of 7 residential units).
The reports were to demonstrate compliance with national, regional & local planning policies achieving a code level 4 for the Code of Sustainable Homes and 20% CO2 reduction via renewable technology with accordance with the London plan 2011.
Syntegra were involved in the following services:
