Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as Energy Consultants to produce an Energy Strategy Report for the development consisting of 4No. residential units and 1No. commercial unit (a community center) for the scheme at South Woodford Mosque, 10-14 Mulberry Way, London, E18.

The report will support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building Regulations Part L compliance, intend to design to Code Level 4 standard in the Code for Sustainable Homes (for the flats) and design to a required BREEAM rating for the commercial units.  It will also aim to reduce CO2 emissions by a target of 20% via renewable energy technology for the overall development in accordance with planning policy requirements.
