Syntegra Consulting have been appointed as energy consultants to ‘Sandilands, 5 Gorse Hill Lane, Surrey’ to assess the compliance with Building Regulation Part L1B.
Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations was undertaken. A notional calculation using SAP Appendix R was undertaken on the extension of the dwelling followed by the actual data to demonstrate improvement in the CO2 emissions.
