Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the proposed scheme, 5No. New build development at ‘Hindhead Road Garage, Hindhead Road, Haslemere, GU27 1LH” – to demonstrate compliance with national, regional & local planning policies and the Building Regulations L1A compliance. Demonstrate design compliance to meet current Building Regulations in accordance with building control & planning condition requirements.
Syntegra also assessd the utilisation of LZC /renewable technology and more specifically solar thermal panels as required in the planning conditions.
Syntegra Consulting services to assess the proposed development site’s estimated energy demand & CO2 emissions, undertake a feasibility of Low Zero Carbon technologies and examine the following aspects relative to LZC/renewable technologies:

- Local Planning policy/conditions.
