It has been proposed to develop an area of approximately 4.78 hectares for the Nicholls Transport Depot. The remainder of the site is landscaped. The Nicholls Depot features 125 trailer parking spaces, 50 HGV spaces, a 2647m² warehouse / workshops, a 604m² office building and 49 parking spaces.
